Shipping policy
Orders are shipped by Post from Switzerland, Europe. Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days after receipt. However, thank you for understanding that this is a 1 person business with limited time and resources.
From 1 January 2021, all Swiss Post consignments are sent with the “pro clima” label, meaning that their carbon emissions have been offset. “All consignments” means everything from letters, parcels and small consignments right through to press products – both in Switzerland and abroad. Swiss Post covers all surcharges incurred for the carbon offsetting.
For local shipping, delivery lead time is usually 2 to 3 days from the shipping day.
EU orders
Shipping is via ground and not by air, so estimated delivery time is about 1 - 3 weeks from the shipping day, depending on the country of destination.
Non-EU orders
Due to transits and depending on different customs procedures, we are unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of Europe. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your order, depending on transits and custom procedures of your country. Overseas orders may take longer depending on transit times to your country.
If you order different kinds of products, they may be shipped separately and may arrive at separate times.
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the country of destination are payable by the customer.
