Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at mistystroll@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Original shipping charge is not refunded and the buyer pays return shipping, including insurance. Misty Stroll is not liable for any loss or damages during the transit back.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at mistystroll@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to attach a photo of the damaged product and of the damaged packaging so we can forward this to our postal service. Please contact us within 5 days upon reception of the goods. After this time, no complaint will be considered any more.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCustom items (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, personal care goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
